Clarion  Heritage Park - Hotel & Water Park

A mid-scale hotel located in Kissimmee, Florida. This project included extensive demolition due to hurricane damage that also required a complete roof replacement and mold remediation. CVC replaced all plumbing and electrical wiring throughout, installed steel framing, drywall, paint, carpet, tile and all interior construction finishes including cabinetry and granite countertops. CVC also redesigned and replaced exteriors throughout the resort. This project utilized all of CVC’s services – Interior &Architectural Design, Purchasing, Construction and FF&E Installation. The project total was $9M.
